数(shu)控(kong)(kong)加(jia)工(gong)(gong)中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)心(xin)是当前机械加(jia)工(gong)(gong)领域中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)应用(yong)最为广泛的(de)加(jia)工(gong)(gong)机床类(lei)机械,在(zai)将时间推移到上世纪(ji)初,当时虽然(ran)也有(you)(you)类(lei)似(si)加(jia)工(gong)(gong)中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)心(xin)类(lei)的(de)机床产品(pin),但都(dou)相当的(de)原始,更(geng)谈不上采用(yong)当今(jin)数(shu)控(kong)(kong)形式的(de)加(jia)工(gong)(gong)中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)心(xin)来进行(xing)运作(zuo)了(le),回顾百(bai)年我(wo)们(men)不难(nan)发现(xian),如今(jin)的(de)加(jia)工(gong)(gong)中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)心(xin)产品(pin),其实在(zai)很多(duo)的(de)原理和加(jia)工(gong)(gong)工(gong)(gong)艺方面还(hai)是和加(jia)工(gong)(gong)中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)心(xin)的(de)原始加(jia)工(gong)(gong)工(gong)(gong)艺有(you)(you)着异曲同工(gong)(gong)之妙(miao),如今(jin)更(geng)多(duo)的(de)加(jia)工(gong)(gong)业行(xing)业专家更(geng)多(duo)的(de)会将数(shu)控(kong)(kong)加(jia)工(gong)(gong)中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)心(xin)专业的(de)称为CNC加(jia)工(gong)(gong)中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)心(xin)。

 

回(hui)顾历(li)史(shi)我们(men)可以(yi)知(zhi)道,世界上第一台正式的(de)数控(kong)车(che)床诞生于上世纪的(de)50年(nian)代左(zuo)(zuo)右(you)(you),当时(shi)美国(guo)帕森斯公(gong)司接(jie)受美国(guo)空军委托(tuo)制造飞(fei)机(ji)(ji)的(de)螺旋桨加(jia)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)设备,因为精度(du)要(yao)求(qiu)较高(gao),必须(xu)有计算机(ji)(ji)来进行数控(kong)这(zhei)(zhei)时(shi)候该公(gong)司在美国(guo)麻(ma)省理(li)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)学院(MIT)伺服机(ji)(ji)构研究室的(de)协助下才开(kai)始了(le)数控(kong)加(jia)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)的(de)应用(yong),在1952年(nian)试(shi)制成功的(de)数控(kong)加(jia)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)机(ji)(ji)械发(fa)(fa)明了(le),在过(guo)了(le)5年(nian)左(zuo)(zuo)右(you)(you)的(de)完善1957年(nian)这(zhei)(zhei)种加(jia)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)设备被正式投入(ru)使用(yong),这(zhei)(zhei)也是现代加(jia)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)中心(xin)的(de)基本(ben)雏形(xing),当时(shi)我国(guo)国(guo)内(nei)也是工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)业发(fa)(fa)展的(de)兴起时(shi)代在1958年(nian)左(zuo)(zuo)右(you)(you)我国(guo)也对数控(kong)机(ji)(ji)床的(de)加(jia)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)设备进行研制开(kai)发(fa)(fa),此后(hou)在随(sui)着20世纪中后(hou)期电子技术的(de)高(gao)速(su)发(fa)(fa)展数字化信号控(kong)制机(ji)(ji)床运动的(de)加(jia)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)控(kong)制方式变的(de)越来越成熟,在此以(yi)后(hou),从1960年(nian)开(kai)始,其他(ta)一些工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)业国(guo)家,如德国(guo)、日(ri)本(ben)都陆续开(kai)发(fa)(fa)、生产及(ji)使用(yong)了(le)数控(kong)机(ji)(ji)床。

 

在(zai)(zai)时(shi)(shi)间(jian)到了1960年(nian)左右很(hen)多(duo)机(ji)(ji)械工(gong)(gong)(gong)业(ye)生(sheng)产(chan)大国开始(shi)批量的(de)生(sheng)产(chan)配有晶体管数(shu)(shu)控(kong)(kong)(kong)系(xi)统的(de)三(san)坐标数(shu)(shu)控(kong)(kong)(kong)铣床(chuang)(chuang),到了1965年(nian)以(yi)后(hou),点位控(kong)(kong)(kong)制的(de)数(shu)(shu)控(kong)(kong)(kong)加(jia)工(gong)(gong)(gong)设备得到了迅(xun)速发展,同(tong)时(shi)(shi)也迅(xun)速的(de)推动(dong)了坐标镗床(chuang)(chuang)、数(shu)(shu)控(kong)(kong)(kong)铣床(chuang)(chuang)、冲床(chuang)(chuang)的(de)大量发展,随着数(shu)(shu)控(kong)(kong)(kong)机(ji)(ji)床(chuang)(chuang)的(de)发展不断深入数(shu)(shu)控(kong)(kong)(kong)加(jia)工(gong)(gong)(gong)中(zhong)心也开始(shi)逐(zhu)渐开始(shi)成熟,在(zai)(zai)后(hou)来一种具(ju)有自动(dong)换刀(dao)装(zhuang)置的(de)数(shu)(shu)控(kong)(kong)(kong)机(ji)(ji)床(chuang)(chuang),它(ta)能(neng)(neng)实现(xian)工(gong)(gong)(gong)件(jian)一次装(zhuang)卡(ka)而(er)进行多(duo)工(gong)(gong)(gong)序的(de)加(jia)工(gong)(gong)(gong)并且可以(yi)缩短机(ji)(ji)床(chuang)(chuang)上(shang)零件(jian)的(de)装(zhuang)卸时(shi)(shi)间(jian)和更换刀(dao)具(ju)的(de)时(shi)(shi)间(jian),这就是(shi)现(xian)在(zai)(zai)数(shu)(shu)控(kong)(kong)(kong)加(jia)工(gong)(gong)(gong)中(zhong)心的(de)基本形状,在(zai)(zai)到了上(shang)世纪60年(nian)代的(de)后(hou)期英国的(de)机(ji)(ji)床(chuang)(chuang)制造业(ye)界把几台数(shu)(shu)控(kong)(kong)(kong)机(ji)(ji)床(chuang)(chuang)连接成具(ju)有柔性(xing)的(de)加(jia)工(gong)(gong)(gong)系(xi)统,而(er)微(wei)处理(li)器直(zhi)接用于数(shu)(shu)控(kong)(kong)(kong)机(ji)(ji)床(chuang)(chuang),使数(shu)(shu)控(kong)(kong)(kong)的(de)软(ruan)件(jian)功能(neng)(neng)加(jia)强。

 

在(zai)到了(le)80年代左右,西(xi)方加(jia)(jia)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)业(ye)机械(xie)较为(wei)(wei)发(fa)达(da)的(de)(de)国(guo)家开始(shi)出(chu)现了(le)1~4台加(jia)(jia)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)心(xin)或车削中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)心(xin)为(wei)(wei)主体的(de)(de)机床(chuang)加(jia)(jia)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)心(xin),从(cong)(cong)此数控加(jia)(jia)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)慢慢的(de)(de)开始(shi)从(cong)(cong)中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)小批量(liang)加(jia)(jia)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)向大(da)批量(liang)加(jia)(jia)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)发(fa)展,到了(le)目前为(wei)(wei)止(zhi)数控加(jia)(jia)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)心(xin)已经成为(wei)(wei)数控机床(chuang)中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)一(yi)种非常(chang)重(zhong)要的(de)(de)加(jia)(jia)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)机种。纵观未来,随(sui)着电子计算机的(de)(de)发(fa)展以及微电子技术在(zai)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)业(ye)中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)的(de)(de)应用成熟度(du),数控机床(chuang)的(de)(de)自动化(hua)程(cheng)度(du)也更(geng)(geng)为(wei)(wei)提高,一(yi)些新兴(xing)的(de)(de)加(jia)(jia)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)方式(shi)例如多(duo)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)序集(ji)中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)加(jia)(jia)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)以及激光(guang)加(jia)(jia)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)等(deng)都(dou)开始(shi)融入了(le)数控加(jia)(jia)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)心(xin)的(de)(de)机械(xie)加(jia)(jia)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)领域,从(cong)(cong)而形成了(le)更(geng)(geng)为(wei)(wei)综合的(de)(de)加(jia)(jia)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)心(xin)单元体,加(jia)(jia)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)的(de)(de)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)序更(geng)(geng)为(wei)(wei)可靠更(geng)(geng)有效率,稳定(ding)性则(ze)变的(de)(de)更(geng)(geng)强。
